Restart a Heart Day is in its seventh year now. Last years campaign was somewhat different due to COVID and we were unable to get into the schools but this year we are back! We will again be supporting the local Ambulance trust, CFRs, Police Officers, NHS Staff, Fire & Rescue and St John Ambulance personnel who will all be giving up their time to help teach school children how to do CPR and promote its benefits in a hope that we can change the UKs out of hospital cardiac arrest survival rates.
