Restart a Heart Day is in its fifth year now and we will again be supporting the local Ambulance trust, CFRs, Police Officers, NHS Staff, Fire & Rescue and St John Ambulance personnel who will all be giving up their time to help teach school children how to do CPR and promote its benefits in a hope that we can change the UKs out of hospital cardiac arrest survival rates.
